The other day, my friend asked me if I wanted to go for a walk in the middle of the day with him and his kid. I had a ton of work to do, but I decided to take the walk to clear my head and enjoy the time outside with them. It was one of the best decisions that I've made in quite some time. I was able to get more done after taking the break than I would have with a stressed mind. Stop to smell the roses and enjoy the people in your life as much as you can.
